Energy Usage - HB3693
The following information is being posted in compliance with the requirements of HB 3693 (Government Code § 22643.001(b)) requiring all governmental entities (including municipalities) to publish consumption and payment information for utility services used by the City annually.
The City of Corinth purchases electricity from NRG/Reliant, Gexa Energy and City of Denton. In calendar year 2025, the City purchased a total of 3,916,329 kilowatt hours.
The City of Corinth purchases natural gas from CoServ and Atmos Energy. In calendar year 2025, the City purchased a total of 10,486 CF of natural gas.
The City of Corinth purchases water from Upper Trinity Regional Water District and Lake Cities Municipal Utility Authority. In calendar year 2025, the City used a total of 30,683,046 gallons of water
The total cost of natural gas, electricity and water used by the City in the calendar year 2025 is $704,941.23.
